The 2024 ILCA U 21 Europeans and Open European Trophy is a restricted entry allocated championship, sailors wishing to enter must first complete an application form. Total entry for this event is limited to 300 sailors.

• Close of applications for initial allocation: Fri 19th of January 2024, 23:59 GMT
• Ranking of applications by National Associations: Sat 20th of January until Thu 1st of February 2024, 0:00 GMT
