• Laser Standard Senior 2017 is a restricted entry allocated championship. Total entry for this championship is limited to 160 sailors.
• Laser Radial Men's Senior 2017 is an open championship. There is no allocation per country for this event.
• Laser Radial Women's Senior 2017 is a restricted entry allocated championship. Total entry for this championship is limited to 120 sailors.

Sailors wishing to enter must first complete an application form.

• Close of applications for initial allocation: Sun 21st of May 2017, 23:59 GMT
• Ranking of applications by National Associations: Mon 22nd of May until Mon 5th of June 2017, 0:00 GMT
