IMPORTANT! Completing this form does NOT entitle you to an entry, This form submits an application for an entry and will add your name on pre entry list. Your entry will be accepted on site at the regatta after you have prove :

• That your are an Ilca class member ( use of the EurILCA card or electronic Eurilca is asked for the sailors from the European districts).
• That you show the insurance document.
• If you are a minor a parental consental form must be presented also document available on eurilca.org website.

You will have to sign the entry form and pay the entry fees (late entry fees can be charge if you have miss the entry date on line). Be carefull some Europa cup organisers will ask for payment prior to the closing date of entry.
