The 2023 ILCA U21 Europeans & Open European Trophy is a restricted entry allocated championship, sailors wishing to enter must first complete an application form. Total entry for this event is limited to 200 sailors.

• Ranking of applications by National Associations: Sun 9th of April until Tue 18th of April 2023, 0:00 GMT
