Local Driving Directions: From Dover, follow signs for A20 and M20 (London). At Junction 10, take A292 exit to Ashford / Hastings. Take the A2070 through Rye, where you pick up the B2089 to Broad Oak. At Broad Oak take the A28 for Eastbourne, following signs for Eastbourne until you reach the town of Pevensey. Turn left at Pevensey following signs for Pevensey Bay. At the junction with the A259, turn right for Eastbourne. After 1 kilometre there is a left turn for the Sailing club (Old Martello Road). The club is at the end of the road past the entrance for Bay View campsite.
WE WILL POST REGATTA SIGNS LOCALLY BUT DEFINITELY USE A SAT NAV IF AVAILABLE.

Predominantly West direction, typically 5-18 knots in summer. Typical temp in June = 20-25 Celcius

Boat Landing Area and Facilities:
South facing pebble & sand beach, approx 1.5km long. Plenty of space. Beach slope gradual, shore assistants will be on hand to help with launch and recovery if there is any swell. Boat storage overnight on secure beach, no maximum limit. Free Car Parking available at club for approx 500 cars.
