Social events	Sailor’s dinner after racing on Friday and Saturday Dear Masters sailors, the Union Yacht Club Attersee would like to invite you to the Austrian stop of the European Masters Circuit from June 11-13, 2021 at the Attersee. According to the EurILCA announcement 3 races per day are scheduled with hopefully the typical thermal "Rosenwind" in fine weather conditions. On land, we will set up a large tent so that we can maintain the necessary safety distances. Otherwise, the UYCAs has also worked out a hygiene concept based on the regulations of the Austrian Ministry of Health (the german 3-G-rule could be translated in "Vaccinated / Tested / Convalescent") and the Austrian Sailing Association. An updated information will be sent by email to all registered participants at the beginning of June or can be found at https://www.uycas.at/service/covid-regelngaeste-info.html. For foreign participants in sporting events there are also simplified entry regulations (the participants in the Austrian Moth Championships last weekend were thus able to enter and leave Austria without any problems). Insurance Requirements	All competitors shall be insured with valid third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of €1,500,000 (1.5 million Euros) per event or equivalent there of in any other currency.

Boat Landing Area and Facilities:

The facilities of UYCAs are free available for guests w hich are registered for a regatta in

the UYCAs for three days before and three days after the regatta (trailer and boat).

For a longer duration of stay please ask and register in the office (sekretariat@uycas.at),

this is only in exceptional cases possible.

If you arrive prior to the event please inform us obligatory that our harbormasters are

available w ith the key for the gate and crane.

We offer 3 slip w ays and a crane

The Union Yacht Club Attersee is the largest club in Austria with a long tradition and great reputation for hosting events.

We offer a great restaurant and terrasse for breakfast, lunch, dinner and take-away snacks for sailors. Bar for evening entertainment.

Average Wind & Weather Conditions:

Good wind conditions have a high probability in September on Lake Attersee

Nice Wind mostly from north-east at about 3-4 bft or west wind and rain with about 3-5 bft. Sometimes south-wind with abaut 2-5 bft

The area offers all kinds of hotels and BnB from 4* to basic appartements; also in w alking distance

For regatta guests arriving by camper, caravan or tent there is a campsite w ith a limited number of parking spaces in the club

as w ell as sanitary facilities.

The use is only possible after an appointment per E-Mail to sekretariat@uycas.at and is

possible only during the regatta or training event. The arrival is possible one day before the event and departure must be till

noon after the event. Fee per night and camper, caravan or tent: € 10, -

Transport

The best way to reach the Union-Yacht-Club Attersee is via A1 motorway. Leave A1 at exit “St. Georgen im Attergau”. At the end of the motorway´s exit turn left to direction „Attersee“. Follow the road until you are in the village of Attersee and turn right at the T-crossing in Attersee to direction “Unterach am Attersee”. About 1 km later, you reach UYCAs.

There is a pedestrian crossing in front of the club.

In the information E-Mail we´ll send you a code for our gates. You can open the gate to the parking area and the „Tor Süd“ (situated shore-based on the right side of the street).

Through the „Tor Süd“ you´ll come to the trailer parking area and to the rigging ladder.

Please prepare everything there before you move to the berth or to the crane.

For an organised flow of the event please park your trailer and car at the provided parking areas.
