This regatta will be organized by the Cercle de la Voile de Neuchâtel, CVN.

a souvenir prize for each participant. Aperitif dinner on Friday offered to all participants and accompanying persons.
Insurance Requirements

All competitors shall be insured with valid third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of €1,500,000 (1.5 million Euros) per event or equivalent there of in any other currency.

2 dominant wind directions:

In general West wind with tendancy to South/South/West to North/West – wind might be as strong as 5 BFT.
East wind (called Bise) mainly coming from Sout/South/West to North/West, which might be as strong as 5 BFT.
In addition:  Thermic wind (Joran) blowing down the mountain with variable direction and strength
